1097 Bluetooth UHF RFID and Barcode Wearable Hand Scanner

  • This handheld reader is designed to read and write EPC Class 1 Gen 2 (ISO18000-6C) tags and optionally read 1D and 2D barcodes. It is battery operated and communicates wirelessly with a host computer over a standard Bluetooth interface providing a versatile mobile handheld UHF RFID reader solution.

    The removable, rechargeable internal Lithium Polymer battery pack provides a long run time. The reader is designed for ergonomic back of hand use with a hand strap (removable for personalisation). Feedback can be provided to the user by the internal LEDs, buzzer and vibrator.

    The handheld reader is compatible with devices running Windows Mobile 5/6, Windows CE, and Windows XP/Vista/7. (the host device must have Bluetooth functionality). The Bluetooth interface enables the operator to use the scanner up to 100m from the host computer.
